At RecordFlex, we take user privacy and cognitive training integrity seriously. RecordFlex is built as an offline-first mobile application. Our fundamental approach is simple: **we collect nothing, we track nothing, and we share nothing.**
This Privacy Policy explains how our native Android application behaves regarding data storage. It is designed to be fully compliant with the Google Play Developer Console requirements, standard COPPA regulations, and international privacy standards.
RecordFlex does **not** collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII). When using our application, you are not required to create an account, register an email address, link to any social media credentials, or share any personal identity indicators. There are no registration screens or profile setups within the game.
Our application operates fully locally on your Android device. RecordFlex **does not**:
All score persistence and career progress parameters (such as personal best reaction speeds in milliseconds and currently unlocked tier levels) are saved **exclusively on your physical device**.
We utilize Android's secure **SharedPreferences** key-value storage system. This is a local database partitioned strictly to the application's secure sandbox. This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted over HTTP/HTTPS, and cannot be accessed by other applications on your system.
To assure absolute privacy guarantees, the RecordFlex Android application **does not declare internet permissions in its Android Manifest**.
Without the android.permission.INTERNET permission, it is physically impossible for the application to transmit data, make external API requests, or leak local scores to an external server. The game is 100% offline.
RecordFlex is a premium, distraction-free environment.
Since RecordFlex collects absolutely zero personal information, it is completely safe for players of all ages, including children under the age of 13. The application is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and complies with the Google Play Families Policy guidelines.
Should you wish to reset your high scores or delete all traces of your game data, you can simply do so via your Android system options:
Settings > Apps > RecordFlex > Storage > Clear Data / Clear Cache.
Uninstalling the application will automatically wipe all local SharedPreferences partitions completely, leaving zero residual files.
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. However, our core philosophy of absolute local data isolation will never change. Any updates to this policy will be reflected on this webpage with a revised "Last Updated" timestamp.
